- Discussed The American Dream in connection to Jay Gatsby / pgs 90-95. We also covered Gatsby's death, the funeral, James Gatz's childhood schedule and list of resoltuions and the final lines in the novel which make reference to the time when America was discovered by Dutch sailors. We also spent a great amount of time reviewing and interpreting the final two paragraphs of the novel.
